Thursday, August 15: Drink, Eat, and Chat at the First Eater Reader Happy Hour

Join the Eater Denver team for the first ever reader happy hour on Thursday, August 15 from 4 to 6 p.m. The informal meet-and-greet event will be hosted at the Squeaky Bean, the reigning restaurant of the year in the Eater Denver Awards.

Expect great drink specials, appetizers compliments of Eater, casual conversation, and some awesome giveaways.

The team at the Bean is creating an Eater Punch which will be available to guests for $4. Other drink specials include $5 specialty cocktails like the Squeaky Spritz and Thyme Bandit and all the cocktails in the 'Rocky III' portion of the cocktail menu for $6. A variety of complimentary Spreads & Shmears will be available. What else? Some Eater swag and a raffle for gift certificates to some of Denver's best restaurants.

Our hope is to get a chance to meet you, the reader, and share an afternoon, talking about Denver's food scene and more. We look forward to it.
