Fresh Thymes Eatery Opens Saturday in Boulder

Tomorrow, Saturday August 24, Fresh Thymes Eatery, a Community-Supported Restaurant (CSR) will open its doors at the Steelyards (2500 30th Street) in Boulder. Led by chef Christine Ruch, this new eclectic and casual restaurant focuses on food that is simple and focused on highlighting seasonal ingredients.

From veggie-heavy dishes like cilantro jalapeño zucchini hummus to sides made with Boulder grown veggies like Munson Farms Corn Salad, the dishes available at Fresh Thymes are meant to bring a smile to your face. If you want in the Community Supported Restaurant membership, you are in luck. Fresh Thymes is continuing its campaign until December 30. So far, the eatery raised $25,000 from community memberships.

The restaurant will open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
