A virgin cocktail, the Rehydrator combines cherries, honey, aloe vera juice, cranberry juice and fresh squeezed lime. The popular Boulder restaurant which Dayton co-owns with chef Steve Redzikowski is has a strong low-alcohol and non-alcoholic crafted cocktail program.
