CHERRY CREEKEvery Thursday night in September, starting at dusk -around 7:15 p.m.- Curt Steinbecker, chef and owner of Ondo's Spanish Tapas Bar, will be preparing paella on the patio. Tomorrow, guests will be able to enjoy a traditional seafood paella with lobster, mussels, shrimp, and cuttlefish for $7 per order, paired with a white Vina Esmeralda (100% Moscato from Catalunya) for $28 per bottle, instead of the regular $38. There will be a screening of the documentary SOMM, which chronicles the process of taking the master sommelier exam.
