The ambition of Harman's Eat & Drink restaurant and the staff is obvious, but, beyond that, things get a little shaky, says Denver Post critic Bill Porter. He enjoyed a few dishes, like the English-pea falafel and a porchetta with red-pepper mostarda sandwhich, but others, like the goat tostadas and hamachi with Rocky Ford cantaloupe fell flat. Though he awarded the restaurant only one and half stars, he is still hopeful. [DP]— By Kelsey Colt
