In a review of Boulder's Bramble & Hare, Stacey Brugeman of 5280 Magazine compliments the salad menu and calls the the coriander-flecked meatloaf "sublime." Her article, which appears in the September issue, criticizes the restaurant's servers for being misinformed and cites several examples of their poor service. She suggests that in order to represent the restaurant's quality food, the farmer-chef owner Eric Skokan, who also own's Boulder's Black Cat Restaurant, should wait on tables first. [5280]
