On Saturday, October 5 at 1 p.m., just one week after River North releases Rum Barrel Quandary, the brewery will introduce a new limited release barrel-aged collaboration project with Mr. B's Wine and Spirits, the B-Side Quandry. Only 30 cases of this beer, River North's signature Quadrupel aged in oak bourbon barrels with cherries, were bottled, and the brewery will also pour it at the Great American Beer Festival in October.
