The Post Brewing Company, not to be confused with Denver's German-style brewery Prost, will open in downtown Lafayette in December, reports Denver Off The Wagon. The new brewery is owned by Big Red F restaurant group and the new head brewer is Bryan Selders, formerly of Dogfish Head Brewing in Delaware. [DOTW]
