The Flood

Colorado's recent floods have been particularly hard on Boulder's restaurant scene, reported the Denver Post last week. Floods ravaged the fields that raise many of the ingredients served at Black Cat Bistro and Bramble & Hare, and closures have left Frasca Food and Wine unusually slow, the article says. It also included that business is steady at Mateo restaurant, Q's, and the newly opened Bohemian Biergarten. [DP]
