It's true—Troy Guard is in fact opening a new steakhouse in Denver— but not just yet, 5280 Magazine reported.
Currently occupying his time are opening the new Sugarmill and Los Chingones restaurants, so much so that the new eatery doesn't even have a name yet.
What we do know: Denver is getting an "unpredictable modern steakhouse" that elevates the classic surf n' turf menu with fine aged meats, fresh seafood, and a whole host of vegetarian options.
The new restaurant will have a full wall bar, a wood-fired oven for pizzas and roasted chicken, and an outdoor lounge with fire pits. The new restaurant is located at 1801 California Street on the main floor of the CenturyLink tower.
Stay tuned for more on Guard's new concept, and in the meantime get ready for his spin on Mexican classics at Los Chingones and his dessert lounge, Sugarmill, next door. Here's the scoop on more of Denver's most anticipated fall restaurant openings.
