Participants for the inaugural All-Star Chef Classic that will take place at L.A. Live from March 21 to 23 have been announced. Included in the 25-chef lineup are Alex Seidel of Fruition Restaurant, and Jennifer Jasinski of Rioja, Bistro Vendôme, Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen, and the new Stoic and Genuine Fish opening this summer.
Both chefs will cook at the Savor The Season farmer's market celebration event on the last day of the classic.
At Savor The Season, Seidel and Jasinski will collaborate with chefs from across the country to create seasonal dishes using produce from a local Los Angeles purveyor or farmer. They will provide the 600 guests in the Chef's Tasting Arena with tastes and recipe cards to prepare the dish at home.
Also cooking at Savor The Season are celebrity chefs Wylie Dufresne, Nancy Silverton, David Myers, Vinny Dotolo, David LeFevre, Josiah Citrin, Graham Elliot, and Waylynn Lucas. Click here to learn more about the chefs.
Savor The Season will also feature a kid's zone with culinary activities for children of all ages, including baking and glazing mini-fonuts with Waylynn Lucas, and a kids buffet.
Tickets for the All-Star Chef Classic start at $65 and go on sale this Saturday, January 25. Purchase here.
