On Saturday night, Eater and Lexus teamed up with Restaurant North—the Westchester hotspot profiled last fall in our Down the Road series—for a one-of-a-kind dining event just outside of New York City. A polar vortex with a side of snow couldn't keep Eater readers from flocking to the restaurant to experience an exclusive menu from executive chef Eric Gabrynowicz and wine pairings from Red Hook Winery.

Staying true to North's dedication to sourcing food locally, the menu consisted solely of sustainably caught seafood from Sea to Table, with dishes like roasted blue point oyster with kimchi Montauk tuna with Lucky 7 sauce, cress and yogurt, and monkfish francaise with grapefruit, fennel and fingerlings, all expertly paired with a collection of whites from Red Hook Winery's cellar. Managing cellar master Darren Palace was on hand to walk guests through the origins of the portfolio and introduce each pairing. A huge thanks to Restaurant North, Sea to Table, Red Hook Winery, and of course, Lexus, for a magical evening.
