Restaurateur Frank Bonanno gave a glimpse into his menu brainstorm for Salt & Grinder early this week in a couple of tweets.
What does Bonanno plan for the cured meats emporium and sandwich shop he will open at 3609 W. 32nd Avenue in the former Venue Bistro space? While not set in stone, the chef plans to serve breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. including a breakfast burrito, Jersey eggs, and PB&J French toast. For the lunch menu, a variety of classic sandwiches, like the Reuben and Grinder, will be likely served with a Bonanno twist.
Salt & Grinder, Bonanno's eleventh venture in Denver, is slated to open late winter-early spring. Stay tuned for more details.
