RiNo's Coffee Scene is About to Get Ink!'d

River North is already home to some of the best beans in town, but with Aspen native Ink! Coffee's opening on Larimer and 28th anticipated next month, this "coffee hub" is about to get even more coffee-y. Owner Keith "Herbie" Herbert has been scheming for some time to turn the 5,000 square foot space, 3,000 of which is outdoors, into a combined storefront, roasting operation, and company headquarters. By the end of the fall, Ink! RiNo will be up and running.
