Solitaire is gearing up to open at 927 W 32nd Avenue. Chef and owner Mark Ferguson undertook a major construction project and transformation of the space formerly housing the Highland Garden Café. Demolition began earlier this summer.
Ferguson hopes to in the late fall/early winter. Until then, the restaurant is currently promoting a Chef's Table private dining series.When the restaurant opens, the dinner-only menu will tap into a variety of world cuisines, focusing on small seasonal plates.
