Though each restaurant slated for Union Station's renovated terminal has opened, there is still room for more eateries in adjacent buildings. One of those is Hopdoddy Burger Bar, which will open on Thursday, October 27 at 1747 Wynkoop Street.

The fast-casual burger-and-beer spot got its start in Austin, and has since expanded throughout Texas, into Arizona, and now Colorado. Hopdoddy focuses on from-scratch burgers made with all-natural ingredients. The beef is ground fresh daily and is without hormones or antibiotics.

"Denver was the perfect city and LoDo the perfect neighborhood for our newest Hopdoddy location," says president Dan Mesches. "The city shares a similar philosophy of supporting a mindfully-sourced agricultural economy and preserving the artisan crafts of food, beer, and spirits."

Choose from twelve different burger options that are based on beef, bison, tuna, chicken, lamb, or turkey patties, or there's also a meat-free black bean-corn option. The Union Station location will also feature a full bar with a variety of local tap brews and handcrafted cocktails to go along with your meal.
