Pollyanna Forster and Chris Irving, owners of the Dish Restaurant + Bar in Edwards, closed the doors last month to reinvent the restaurant. After asking the community to voice their opinion on new restaurant names and logos, the owners settled on Dive Fish House. In a remodeled space, new eatery transformed itself into an oyster and crudo bar, with an additional seafood-centric menu. The restaurant boasts about its seafood, which is flown in daily from both coasts and the Hawaiian Islands.
Dive is now open Tuesday through Saturday, from 5 to 9 p.m. The Dive Bar Hour, which features $1.50 oysters and drink specials, is from 5 to 6 p.m. daily. The restaurant is located at 56 Edwards Village Boulevard.
