The next big thing in fast-casual, Pizzeria Locale, opened its second set of doors in Denver on Sunday, October 5 to a warm welcome from the neighborhood. Last week, business duo Bobby Stuckey and Lachlan Patterson walked us through what the concept is doing with progressive ingredients as it expands. A focus on fresh, quality grains, flour, and dough is what's driving this pizzeria. While crafted with care, the average pizza here takes just two minutes to make from oven to table. Locale's second Denver location is now open at 3484 W 32nd Ave., 11 a.m. to 10 p.m daily.
