Blackbelly Market, will make its debut in East Boulder, off Arapahoe and 55th, on Wednesday, October 29. Owned by talented chef Hosea Rosenberg, this new eatery and market neighbors hot spots like BRU, Ozo Coffee, and Pica's.
The 3,300 square foot space will house a big open kitchen and catering commissary, the dining room and bar, and an exciting butcher counter and display case. When it opens, Blackbelly will be serving seven days a week starting at 3 p.m. Lunch will be added to the lineup on November 24. At that time, the restaurant and market will be open daily at 11 a.m. After the new year, the chef plans to add breakfast to the offerings.
