Naked Lunch Now Serving In Boulder's Peloton

Naked Lunch is a new, healthy, sandwich shop that focuses on serving seasonal, organic sandwiches, salads, and desserts in Boulder's Peloton building, next to Basta.

Naked Lunch was opened last month by Amy McCall, a longtime manager of Snarf's. Despite a slightly hidden location, the new eatery has already begun to draw a loyal following.

The food, all of which is prepared in house, starts with breakfast items that falls under $6. There are biscuits alongside homemade jam, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt with granola and fruit, smoothies, and baked goods, available in vegan and gluten-free options.

For lunch, guests can enjoy sandwiches that range from bahn mi on ciabatta with sriracha mayo, pickled vegetables, and cilantro to a brie and apple combination, also served on ciabatta. The salads are large and mixed with seasonal toppings.

Naked Lunch, located at 3301 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder, is open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., daily.
