Last year, Frasca Food and Wine sold out its inaugural Istituto Frasca Per il Vino, a series of wine classes it hosted at in its Boulder dining room. The restaurant announced yesterday the return of the wine-learning sessions.
Here's how it works: Master sommelier Bobby Stuckey will lead a series of four interactive and engaging classes that take an in-depth look at a different wine regions around the globe, hosted at Frasca Food and Wine. Stuckey focuses each class on a specific wine region and features specially curated wine flights from that area.
This year, there are two opportunities to take each class. The line-up is as follows:
Champagne: Tuesday, January 13 or Thursday, January 15, 2015
New World Pinot Noir: Tuesday, January 20 or Wednesday, January 21, 2015
The Rhône Valley: Tuesday, February 17 or Thursday, February 19, 2015
Austria: Tuesday, April 14 or Thursday, April 16, 2015
Each class will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. The small class is limited to just 20 guests per seating. Each class is $235 per person, which includes the wine flight, workbook, class instruction, tax and gratuity. To purchase tickets, call 303.442.0608 or e-mail erin@frascafoodandwine.com.
