CAPITOL HILL - Bones chef Chris Hoffman will cover all of the bases when it comes to baking impressive, homemade bread in his class "Easy yet Impressive Breads with Chris Hoffman." The class is Saturday, November 15, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. The class is $55, which includes instruction, light noshing, beverages and gratuity. Payment due at time of booking. BALLPARK - Looking to master holiday cookies? Sign up for Cook Street School of Culinary Arts' class on holiday cookies! The pastry chefs will guide students through batch after batch of holiday cookies. There will also be a chef-prepared meal, complete with wine. The class is November 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and costs $89.

RINO - House-smoked barbecue will fill the air at The Source as Acorn cooks up ribs, chicken, pork and more during their smOAKed Pop-Up on two consecutive Sundays: November 16 and 23 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.. BOULDER - On Monday, November 17, Frasca Food and Wine will feature winery Lang and Reed, based out of St. Helena, for its weekly Monday wine dinner series. The winery's owner and winemaker, John Skupny, will be present to pour and discuss his wines. The meal will begin with his tasty Chenin Blanc. The prix fixe four course tasting menu is $50 each week.
