DOWNTOWN - As seasons change, so too do cocktail menus around the city. EDGE Restaurant is no exception to this change, bringing on three new cocktails as a tribute to a twist on old classics. The most notable example of this is the Autumn Mule, made with Grey Goose Le Melon vodka, Fever Tree ginger beer, St. Germain elderflower liqueur and a hint of cantaloupe. For more information, call EDGE at 303.389.3343.
