Bobby Stuckey On Being A Hospitalian: His First TED Talk

The Boulder master sommelier shared advice that could help improve many upcoming holiday family gatherings.

In late September of this year, Bobby Stuckey, co-owner of the acclaimed Frasca Food and Wine delivered his first TED Talk at TEDxBoulder at CU's Mackey Auditorium. The service pro explained the difference between service and hospitality, between performing flawlessly placing a glass of wine on a table versus changing how someone feels.

Hospitality, Stuckey suggests, is something that all of us need to participate in because it is about looking out as opposed to looking in. With Thanksgiving around the corner, his advice and suggestions are well-timed.
