Colorado Chefs Represent On The National Stage

This week, The New York Times revealed its United States of Thanksgiving, a feature in which one recipe eliciting the spirit of each state was included. Representing Colorado, was Denver chef Alexander Figura of Lower 48 Kitchen. Questions arose around the effects legal marijuana and its ensuing munchies on our local Thanksgiving crowds.
