A new gathering place is coming to the area near the Colorado Convention Center in the form of Stout Street Social. Opening December 9, the casual downtown restaurant is set to offer "social food," including small plates, snacks, sushi and oysters, salads, sandwiches, and more, with hours spanning lunch, dinner, and happy hour. Aside from food, there will be more than 40 beers on draft, plus classically inspired cocktails and more than 40 wines by the glass.
The modern and energetic space, designed by Sara Blett of Necessary Space, spans 6,300 square feet, encompassing the main bar, dining room, and a patio. Inside, Stout Street Social will accommodate up to 220, while the patio fits 40 people.
Features include an open kitchen, a raw bar, reclaimed olive bucket pendant light shades and ruler light fixtures, numerous TVs, and a "Cheers" wall made from the reclaimed floors of basketball courts.
Stout Street Social is located at 1400 Stout Street.
