Freshly opened doors at Reelfish Fish & Chips in Lafayette welcomed anxious guests eager to experience coast-style fish & chips. Considering how often and (literally) over-done fish & chips can become, especially in a land-locked state like Colorado, it's a rare opportunity to come across a great place that will provide great fish prepared well. And all of this goes down in a simple, no B.S. fast-casual place with bits of authentic style and a price that won't send you for the high seas.

Other classics like New England clam chowder and the Green Giant salad ensure reasonable options for all guests. Those behind the line at Reelfish keep it creative: the restaurant's Facebook page is already bustling with added specials to the menu. Fish from the grill are also available, including Ahi Tuna, Grilled Shrimp, and Mahi Mahi. Pair some Pacific fish with a Colorado ale like Odell's or Upslope's; wine, Pepsi products and bottled beverages are also available. A menu of offerings "For the Guppies" is also available.

Reelfish Fish & Chips is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 2770 Arapahoe Road in Lafayette. For more information and to view the entire menu online, sail here. Questions? Call 720-630-8053.
