You can't bring your cat and you cannot take a cat home, but the feline-friendly environment at the Denver Cat Company will sure gain some fans among Denverites. Located at 39th and Tennyson, in one of the hottest neighborhoods in the Mile High City, the Denver Cat Co. will open its doors on Friday, December 12. Owner Sana Hamelin announced her plans to launch Denver's first cat cafe last summer, before she found the space in Berkeley.
Prior to the official opening, the Denver Cat Company will host an exclusive pre-opening party for its biggest supporters on December 6. With a $50 donation, those eager to join the festivities can be among the first to see the space, meet the cats, and get to know the people behind the new venture. More details are available here.
