INK! Coffee Opens Home Hub in RiNo

This facility, located across the street from Crema, includes a coffee shop, a training room, and the main roasting operations for the Aspen-born coffee company.

The day has come when Ink! Coffee, the Aspen-born roaster and small coffee shop chain, opens its doors in RiNo. Set at 28th & Larimer, on a street that also houses Huckleberry Roasters and Crema Coffee House, Ink! hopes that Denverites and visitors alike will see Larimer Street as "coffee row'" the place to get great locally-roasted coffee.

The brand new space is 2,000 inside, with an additional 3,000 yard that will open as the weather warms up. Three main areas divide the interior: a glass-enclosed showroom roastery, a wood-clad training room for baristas and more, and the cozy modern coffee shop. There are two high tops, several seats at the coffee counter, as well as a living-room like space outfitted with retro-cool furnishings.

Aside from the variety of coffee drinks offered, there are bagels from the Bagel Shop and pastries from City Bakery and Breadworks, as well as burritos. For lunch, sandwiches and salads are made to order. There is free internet and power outlets for those camping with their laptop for a few hours.

The coffee shop is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Weekend hours may be added later on.
