After departing from his post at Argyll Whisky Beer in October, you'll now find bartender Kamuran Mataraci at the RiNo Yacht Club in the Source. Watch for his contributions to the cocktail game three nights a week.

Pastry chef Kris Paladino has parted ways with Bittersweet, and in her place comes Natalia Spampinato. With prior experience at Frasca and Il Posto, Spampinato brings a more streamlined approach to the dessert program and also focuses on savory elements.

Bad Daddy's Burger Bar recently signed Tim Kast as the new executive chef. Kast left behind gourmet dining at Seasons 52 to cultivate new burger creations with a creative, high-end approach for the Denver locations. The Charlotte, North Carolina-based chain opened its first Colorado location in Cherry Creek North back in February.

Bartender Ben Carrington is no longer slinging drinks at La Biblioteca. He is expected to join the team at an upcoming Highland restaurant.

And as of December 15, Ken Freeman has headed south from his position as assistant general manager at the Fort Collins location of the Kitchen to become the Kitchen Denver's general manager.
