MAD Greens, a Colorado company that grew from just two employees to 220, is celebrating its tenth birthday on December 10. Over the years, it served up seven million salads. That is a lot of lettuce!

The fast-casual eatery was founded in 2004 by Marley Hodgson and Dan Long, and was among the first of its kind. Proudly rooted in Colorado, MAD Greens has consistently sourced its products locally. It has partnerships with ten Colorado businesses ranging from Jumpin' Good Goat Dairy to Olomomo Nut Co. and beyond. More recently, the company has begun sourcing from their own farm, MAD Greens Farm, located in Elizabeth.

To celebrate tens years of serving Coloradans their greens, the eatery is hosting a 10-day promotion. The promotion is 10 Days of Giveaways and features a new deal every day now through December 10. Click here to claim the offer, which is filled with goodies like free soup, hummus and pita bread, or farmland center cut bacon added to any meal. On December 10, every tenth customers will receive a salad for free.
