The Denver burger scene is hot, and keeps getting hotter! The latest burger news to hit the metro is the forthcoming Bad Daddy's Burger Bar, set to open its third Denver location early next year. The full-service restaurant already has locations in Northglenn and Cherry Creek, and is planning a target opening date of January 7 at Southlands Shopping Center in Aurora.
Bad Daddy's Burger Bar describes itself as a chef driven burger joint that combines both local and artisanal ingredients in an extensive menu that ranges from "Basic to Bad Ass." Though the menu options extend beyond burgers, the restaurant's focus is definitely on beef patty creations. Besides traditional ground beef, diners can also select tuna, chicken, turkey, or buffalo. There is also a black bean-based veggie patty. Bad Daddy's also offers handspun milkshakes and house-made desserts.
