Boulder restauranteur Eric Skokan talks farm-to-table in Origin Magazine.

Eric Skokan, whom Coloradans know from Boulder restaurants Black Cat Bistro and Bramble & Hare, was featured in a two-page spread in Origin Magazine. The national magazine has a high circulation and is considered "The Conscious Culture Magazine."
