The once nomadic cold-pressed juice company, Gypsy Juice Raw, now has a place to call home. Gypsy juices will be squeezed, pressed, and served at the Corner Beet, located at 1401 South Ogden Street. Juice lovers can find the Roots of Love carrot-beet-apple juice and the Bon Vivant green juice, amongst others at the cafe. Juices are served in 12 or 16 ounce sizes. Want to try a few? No problem. The Corner Beet offers juice "shots."
The Corner Beet's menu is fully vegetarian and vegan-friendly. It features sandwiches, soup, salads, and several varieties of toast. The early standouts include the beet butter toast and The Farmer, topped with hard-boiled egg and greens. For details on hours click here.
