Five Chefs, Five Squash Courses: One Dinner at Harman's Eat + Drink

Last night, chef Mark Fischer hosted a special dinner at Harman's Eat + Drink. Fischer, along with Harman's own John Chad Little, joined forced with chefs from the restaurateur's other eateries -Brett Thompson from the Pullman in Glenwood Springs, Bryce Orblom from Town. and Antonio Martinez from Phat Thai in Carbondale. A five-course menu focused on squash was served to a full dining too. Fischer promises that this is only the first of a series of unique collaboration dinners to come.
