Beau Jo's Opens Its Doors in Fort Collins With A Fat Tire Bike Giveaway

Beau Jo's, the small but mighty Colorado-based pizza chain, opened its doors two days ago in Old Town Fort Collins. The 6,500+ square foot restaurant is located at 205 N. College Avenue on the corner of Laporte Avenue, inside an old Ford dealership. A highlight of the space, which is clad in reclaimed wood, exposed brick, and Colorado wildlife and nature photography, is a 1917 Ford Model TT Truck.

The bar area includes large garage doors that can be opened to enjoy Colorado's 300+ days of sunshine. The restaurant features solar windows and is also using wind power provided through Xcel Energy's Windsource program.

Beau Jo's is famous for its two styles of pizzas - Mountain Pies, which are piled with mountains of ingredients with a hand rolled edge, and Prairie Pies, which boast a more traditional crust and a lighter amount of ingredients. Over 40 specialty pies - and many other items- are available to guests.

In celebration of the grand opening, Beau Jo's has partnered with New Belgium Brewing to give away a classic red Fat Tire bike to one lucky patron tomorrow on Valentine's Day at 7 p.m. You can earn one entry into the drawing for every pint of New Belgium that you purchase (up to 3 per day) so you may want to start drinking right now. Visit the new Beau Jo's Fort Collins or its Facebook page for further details on how to enter the giveaway.
