Construction at The Walnut Room; SUDS for SIDS; Tree Shaker Release; Boar & Bourbon Dinner

RINOThe Walnut Room added two new appetizers to its menu: homemade hummus and bruschetta. In addition to expanding its menu, The Walnut Room is also expanding the kitchen at its River North location. Construction will temporarily limit dining options, but should be completed by March 1. [Eaterwire]

LODO— On Friday, the SUDS for SIDS Brew Fest will take place from 6 to 10 p.m. at Mile High Station. The event, which supports the nonprofit Angel Eyes, will feature a collection of Colorado craft beers and appetizers. Tickets cost $40, or $45 at the door. Tickets are available at angeleyes.org. FORT COLLINS— Odell Brewing Company's popular , brewed with more than 3,000 pounds of Colorado peaches, will be released Saturday February 22. Tree Shaker will be available in 750 mL bottles, and the brewery will celebrate the release of Tree Shaker in the Tap Room on February 22nd and 23rd. Guests can enjoy samples of the beer, local food truck pairings, and live music by The Matt Skinner Skinner Band on Sunday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. [Eaterwire]

BOULDER— SALT will host the first-ever Boar & Bourbon Dinner on Wednesday February 26 at 6:30 p.m. SALT's chefs will be bringing in a whole boar for a 6-course menu paired with cocktails made with Breckenridge Distillery's bourbon.
