UPTOWN Starting today, Ace, the restaurant and ping pong hall, introduced a new menu section called Daily Specials. The section features everything from the three-course Meatless Mondays to Whole Fish Fridays and Korean Fried Chicken every Sunday. ASPEN— The Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE at the St. Regis Aspen Resort will host two days of events on February 21 and 22 that feature chef Viet Pham. Pham, FOOD & WINE magazine's Best New Chef in 2011, will prepare a four-course prix fixe dinner menu of signature dishes on both dates.
