The "no-frills" Denver-based chain Natural Grocers is headed to Eugene, Oregon, and the Register-Guard says that locavores are celebrating. The new store, slated to open in September, "will probably expand the market for natural foods and more than likely divert (sales) from mainstream grocery stores." [R-G]
