Southern Colorado has a new chocolatier called 1492 Chocolates, reports the Colorado Springs Business Journal. Owned by Le Cordon Bleu graduate Courtney Lundin, the new chocolate shop is open at 174 Washington Street in Monument. [CSBJ]
