DU CAMPUS— Renegade Publick House will host its first whiskey dinner on Sunday March 16 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. The dinner will include pairings from Fort Collins' Fiesty Spirits, and get eaters and imbibers ready for St. Patty's the following day. DOWNTOWN— EDGE at the Four Seasons is celebrating St. Patrick's Day with a special Luck O' the Irish Burger. The dish is a grilled angus beef patty with shaved corned beef, potato and cabbage, Swiss cheese, horseradish, mustard aioli, and pickles on a potato bun. TELLURIDE— The Colorado Distillery Tasting in Telluride is back for its second year, and scheduled to go down March 14 through 16 at the Telluride Ski Resort. More than 15 Colorado distilleries will be pouring samples of small batch spirits throughout the weekend. Kick it off at Bon Vivant Restaurant on Friday March 14 with Irish-themed tastings, food and games. In conjunction with the event, Telluride Ski Resort has put together a three-night lodging package at the Mountainside Inn that includes two two-day passes to the festival and two two-day adult lift tickets to the resort, starting at $123 per person, per night.
