Reuben Benedict For Brunch
At Parallel Seventeen, chef Mary Nguyen is serving a brunch menu that features her Reuben Benedict, a happy marriage between the traditional one-pot dish and the brunch mainstay, the Benedict. There is braised cabbage, house corned beef, Swiss cheese, poached eggs, mustard hollandaise, all served with hash browns + garden salad.

Luck O' the Irish Burger
Between March 14 and March 17, EDGE is offering a special burger celebrating St. Patrick's Day. A grilled Angus beef patty along with a shaved corned beef, potato and cabbage patty are served with Swiss cheese, horseradish and mustard aioli and pickles on a potato bun. Guests can enjoy that alone for $18 or with a pint of Guinness or a Shamrock Shake for $21.

ShamRocks Party at the Curtis
After Denver's big parade, the Curtis is hosting the ShamRocks party. At this 21+ event that takes place on Saturday March 15 between noon and 5 p.m., guests can enjoy all-you-can-drink beer and all-you-can-eat chicken wings and French fries. Entertainment for the afternoon includes Highland Dancers with bagpipes and a drum line, Denver's Dirty Femmes followed by headliner singer/songwriter Rob Drabkin, plus DJ Rockstar Aaron spinning Irish Rock and today's hottest hits. Each guest will also receive a commemorative beer mug.

Luck of the Irish Cocktail
At Brick House Tavern + Tap, guests can get a traditional Irish dish and "Luck of the Irish" cocktail from March 14 through March 17 in honor of St. Patrick's Day. What follows at the sports bar is March Madness watching and $5 meatball specials on tournament days beginning March 18.

River Dancing
Fate Brewing Company is celebrating St. Patrick's Day Saturday thru Monday with Irish dancers, special beer releases and an awesome Irish menu. The Celtic Steps will perform at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, 3 p.m. on Sunday, and 8 p.m. on Monday. Two beer releases are part of the festivities: a Nitro Irish Dry Stout and an Irish Red Ale. A special dinner and brunch menu will also be available.

Late Night Live Music
Mountain Sun Pub and Brewery will host Indigent Row on Monday, March 17 starting at 10 p.m. Indigent Row delivers a dynamic blend of traditional Celtic, rock, funk, and jazz. Compelling vocals, driving rhythms and fresh arrangements fuel this very energetic performance. The Mountain Sun will celebrate in style with its own green beer for merely $3.50/pint.
