Be The First To Eat at Bruxie For FREE: Exclusive Preview For Eater Readers

Bruxie Gourmet Waffle Sandwiches, a California-born fast-casual joint will open its first Colorado outpost at 1000 South Colorado Boulevard. Before the store opens to the public, the restaurant invited 15 Eater readers and their date/guest for an exclusive tasting experience. The free preview and extensive tasting will take place on Saturday, March 22 starting at 8 p.m. at the Bruxie location.

During the event, guests will be invited to order anything they'd like off the menu. Any of Bruxie's shakes, Wisconsin frozen custard, salads and waffle sandwiches would be available for the tasting. Bruxie's Colorado operators will be in attendance to answer any questions about the concept, menu, and more.
