LODOOcean Prime is welcoming Honig Vineyard and Winery on Tuesday, March 18 from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., when executive chef Eally Smith will prepare two features—seared halibut or Colorado lamb chop lollipops—to pair with Honig wines.
