BOULDER— As part of its Classes for the Home Cook series, the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is offering Artisan Bagels & Smears on Saturday, March 22 at 10 a.m. The course will teach cooks to make artisan bagels and smears at home, like cinnamon raisin swirl bagels, garlic parmesan bagels and maple pecan smear. BOULDER— On March 24 Frasca Food and Wine's Monday night wine dinner series will feature a wine flight from the Vineyard Brands portfolio, which boasts several top French producers. This weekly series is co-hosted by master sommelier Bobby Stuckey, who works the floor and interacts with guests, and chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson, who creates a four-course seasonal menu.
