Cart Driver, the new pizzeria-meet-casual-eatery coming to RiNo, is one step closer to becoming reality. The oven that co-owners Kelly Whitaker and Andrew Birkholz will use at the eatery is now ready to take its spot in the 700 square foot space at 2500 Larimer Street.
Made by Earthstone with a lower dome, this beast will be able to bake up to 110 pizzas every hour. The California company also custom-made ovens for Basta and Acorn.
