GOLDEN TRIANGLE— To coincide with the "Modern Masters: 20th Century Icons" exhibit at the Denver Art Museum, Palettes restaurant has launched a new three-course tasting menu. Dishes include an Andy Warhol pop art-inspired ahi tuna tartare and a passion fruit and berry parfait that reflects the layered painting style of Mark Rothko.
