DOWNTOWN — On Tuesday, April 1 chef Troy Guard is teaming up with celebrity chef Ming Tsai for a dinner to benefit Family Reach, an organization supporting families fighting cancer. The five-course meal will be held at new steakhouse Guard and Grace and is set to feature dishes like new-style hamachi sashimi and oak-grilled Colorado striploin.
