Mid-May is when restaurateur Robert Thompson plans to unveil the resurrected Argyll Whisky Beer in the former Las Margaritas space. Helmed by chef John Broening, this new Uptown gastropub will feature items ranging from a Scotch egg to a house made seafood sausage. What will it look like?
