CHERRY CREEK— In honor of its first year in Denver, Patxi's Pizza is celebrating "Denversary" and offering a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to guests during dinner on Thursday, March 6 from 5 p.m. to close. GOLDEN TRIANGLE— Join Gallo di Nero on Saturday, March 8 at 5 p.m. as it welcomes Top Chef alum Ed Cotton to prepare a five-course dinner. Cotton, currently executive chef of Sotto 13 in New York City, will serve the meal in collaboration with Darren Pusateri of Gallo di Nero. SUNNYSIDEDiebolt Brewing is hosting a tapping party on Saturday, March 8 for its Diebolt's International Ale release to the regular lineup. The white IPA—previously a small-batch "experiment-ale"—will be tapped at 6:30 p.m., and Calder's Revolvers, a Denver soul rock band, will perform at 7 p.m. The Corner of Gourmet food truck will also be on site.
